Sitting in an elevated position adjacent to the steep cobbled pathway known as The Ball, this attractive brick built Victorian cottage has wonderful views of the water meadow opposite and makes an important contribution to the townscape of this part of the village.

Although modest in scale, the house has a particularly fine stone porch with stained-glass side panels and house name carved in attractive lettering above the door.
