This terrace of three picturesque brick-built Victorian cottages sits in a prominent position on Court Lane in an elevated position opposite the Grade II listed Court Farm House and Pear Tree Cottage. As such they of significant group and townscape value.

Although the individual cottages are modest in scale, combined they are elevated by a number of interesting design features including attractive scalloped-edged clay roofing tiles and a series of diamond motifs made of burnt brick headers on the front and sides of the terrace.
